A Wincanton woman is to take to the streets of London wearing just a pair of leggings and a home decorated bra this weekend.
Donna Green, 47, is taking part in breast cancer charity Walk the Walk's overnight MoonWalk on Saturday, May 11, completing a route of 26.2 miles from Battersea Power Station in London.
She will walk through the night wearing nothing more than a comfortable pair of shoes, a pair of leggings and a home decorated bra.
Donna said that she was inspired to take part in the event having had friends and people close to her that had suffered from breast cancer.
She said: "I took part two years ago as well and completed it in about six and a half hours, so this time around I would like to do it quicker."
"I have been power walking since January in preparation to get my speed up, and I am now really looking forward to doing it - the atmosphere is going to be great!"
