Yeovil Town manager Gary Johnson will treat the Johnstone's Paint Trophy area semi-final clash with Leyton Orient as the second half of a double header.
The Glovers will travel to the Matchroom Stadium during the week beginning January 7 just days after hosting Russell Slade's team on New Year's Day.
Johnson refused to be disappointed by being drawn against a fellow npower League One side, vowing to avenge a 4-0 drubbing in the capital earlier in the season.
"We have got to make sure you are not disappointed because if I was - and I am not - that would get to the players and supporters.
"We play them days before in the league. We will treat that as a double header and we will hopefully put in a performance.
"Two first division teams will have to be the favourites and we will have to try and knock them out like they will us."
Yeovil ended a two-week wait to return to League One action by drawing 0-0 with Notts County at Huish Park on Saturday.
Having slammed his players' commitment during their 2-0 midweek JPT success over Wycombe Wanderers, Johnson was effusive in his praise after pushing the play-off chasing Magpies.
He said: "I was pleased with the performance and if we can put in performances like that we can get results.
"Like Manchester United against Manchester City it can go either way. They created some good chances, as did we. I felt that our performance was good enough to win that game and that was what I was pleased at.
"That's what the supporters want to see. They want the passion and desire back and the players have got to see that and feel that as well.
"Our lads are quite inexperienced and have never been to that place before but today we have said well done, we may have dropped two points but everybody is feeling proud of their team."
