Bath have bolstered their pack with the signings of Eusebio Guinazu and Mat Gilbert.
Guinazu, who covers both hooker and prop, has a wealth of experience, having played club rugby in both the northern and southern hemispheres as well as representing his native Argentina on over 25 occasions.
He will officially join the club in a couple of weeks, with a contract running until 2014.
Back-row Gilbert, who was born in England, arrives at Bath as injury cover until the end of the season.
He made his name at the Scarlets, making 15 appearances for the Welsh province, before moving to Mogliano.
He has also won 11 caps for the England deaf rugby team.
Bath head coach Gary Gold said: "Both Eusebio and Mat will be great additions to the squad we have here.
"Eusebio has a huge amount of experience which will be a great benefit to us, while Matt is a special young talent with a lot to offer the game.
"They are great guys, will fit in well, and we're looking forward to them joining us."
