Police investigating the murder of Catherine Wells-Burr have charged a man with her murder.
Following Miss Wells-Burr's death in September, Tadevsz Dyytryszyn, 38, was arrested and released on bail, said police.
Investigations have continued since and he was further arrested by officers on the weekend. He was charged with her murder this afternoon, Tuesday, November 27.
Rafal Nowak and Anna Julia Laqwinowicz, who are currently awaiting trial, are charged with conspiracy to murder. Police say this is likely to change in due course.
Dyytryszyn is due to appear at Bristol Magistrates Court tomorrow, Wednesday, November 28.
The body of Miss Wells-Burr of Chard was discovered in a burnt-out car next to the A358 at Ashill.
