A woman had her handbag stolen after being pushed to the ground as she walked along a footpath in Bridgwater.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which happened along the footpath at Piggy Lane on the Sydenham Estate.
Officers said the victim, a woman in her 30s, had her bag stolen by someone who rode off on a black and white mountain bike.
The offender is described as having skinny, long legs and was wearing faded blue jeans and white trainers.
The incident happened between 9am and 9.30am on Thursday, October 25. Anyone who has any information should call DC Sue Friend on 101.
