Midsomer Norton swimming star Chloe Davies ended her first IPC World Championship on the podium after winning bronze in the SM14 200m individual medley last night.
The 14-year-old touched the wall in 2mins 32.83secs to finish just behind second-placed British team-mate Jessica-Jane Applegate in Montreal, Canada. Dutchwoman Marlou van der Kulk took gold in 2:30.77.
The bronze capped an impressive week for Davies in Canada. She had earlier just missed out on medals in the S14 200m freestyle and 100m backstroke after finishing sixth and fourth respectively.
