Midsomer Norton's Greyhound Hotel will have its licence reviewed by Bath and North East Somerset Council next week after concerns from residents about the way the popular nightspot is run.
The local authority's licensing committee will look at the issues on Monday, July 29, at 2pm to decide what action needs to be taken.
It is alleged that the late-night drinking spot has ignored a number of its licensing conditions, including allowing punters to drink outside the venue, with a report to councillors including a devastating dossier of complaints from residents, councillors, council officials and police.
The documents include responses from owner Punch Taverns and its lawyers.
The council has the power to revoke the licence if it is thought the problems cannot be resolved.
