A collection to raise money for Speedway Grand Prix star Tai Woffinden's charity bike ride will be held at Somerset Rebels tonight.
The Rebels are in league action against Scunthorpe Scorpions at the Oaktree Arena (7.30pm), just 48 hours after beating the reigning Premier League champions 56-37 on their own patch.
Skipper Jason Doyle (10+2), Josh Grajczonek (10), Stefan Nielsen (9), Nick Morris (8+2), Alex Davies (8+2), Kyle Newman (7+1) and Tom Perry (4+1) all played key parts in the emphatic away victory.
Tonight the Rebels will look to do the double, while also raising money for Woffinden's ride in aid of Cancer Research UK.
Woffinden, who won his first ever Grand Prix in Prague a fortnight ago, will be looking to claim an even more sensational victory at the British Grand Prix in Cardiff's Millennium Stadium on Saturday night.
He's cycling from his Elite League club, Wolverhampton, to the Cardiff stadium in a bid to raise £20,000.
The Rebels will be holding a bucket collection prior to, and during, tonight's Oaktree Arena meeting.
