Police are appealing for witnesses after diesel was stolen from a vehicle parked at the Beckery Trading Estate, at the Mound in Glastonbury on April 28.
A man was spotted climbing out of a silver van with tinted windows after climbing over a wooden fence to get into a commercial yard, carrying a hosepipe.
Anyone who might have been in the area is asked to contact PC Allen at Wells Police Station on 101.
