Join Synergy Farm Health as they celebrate the official launch of their Animal Health Supplies and Advice Counter, located within the new Bartlett's Country Stores, on the Sedgemoor Market Industrial Estate at Junction 24 of the M5 on Saturday 1st June between 9am and 4pm. Visitors to the open day will receive a very generous 10% off all products as well as a free barbeque and celebratory cake between 11am and 3pm.Synergy Farm Health, a group of 28 farm vets, support the Advice Counter with in-store personnel specially qualified to offer comprehensive and well informed animal health and dairy hygiene advice.  This is the fourth in-store Advice Counter for Synergy, already well established with three in Bartlett's Country Stores at Bere Regis and Bridport and now Bridgwater and also at the main Synergy base in Evershot.  The Advice Counters create the equivalent of a pharmacy for animals and give farmers the opportunity to seek advice and purchase products from trained personnel, with veterinary support and advice always readily available.Going one step further than this, the group will also be offering a training workshop for young farmers as part of the event, helping them to identify common conditions and identify diseases, internal and external parasites and poisonous plants. Andrew Davies, Managing Director of Synergy Farm Health, said: "We are delighted to launch the Advice Counter at the new Bridgwater Bartlett's Country Store.  Our partnership offers our customers an easy way to get sound advice in order to purchase the appropriate product at the appropriate time, helping to protect the health of their animals and the profitability of their farms."Caroline Perry, one of the Synergy Vets leading the young farmer training, said: "Synergy has a history of supporting young people's development, with a strong learning programme offered to veterinary students; helping young farmers to identify common health issues in their animals will ensure that they can manage their herds and flocks effectively and support the viability of their farms."At the event, Synergy Farm Health will also run a competition for one lucky farmer to win a pair of 100% waterproof, light, flexible and incomparably comfortable Original Muck Boot wellies worth £150.
