Members of Unison at Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton, adopted a Hallowe'en theme yesterday to send a stark message to the South West Pay Terms and Conditions Consortium.
The group of 20 NHS trusts is looking to cut pay and change conditions. But the union warned that 'monstrosities lie ahead' if the pay consortium pushes ahead with its proposals, which the union says would slash pay and terms and conditions.
