Ben Williams returns to the Bath starting line-up for today's final home game of the season against old rivals Leicester (2.15pm) at the Recreation Ground.
Williams will be at outside centre and partners Kyle Eastmond in the midfield, with Semesa Rokoduguni moving out to the wing.
Horacio Agulla lines up against his former team on the opposite flank, with Ollie Devoto continuing to deputise for the injured Nick Abendanon at full-back.
Southern hemisphere duo Michael Claassens and Stephen Donald re-form their half-back partnership for what will be the final time at the Rec as both move on at the end of this season.
There are three other changes as hooker Rob Webber, lock Dominic Day and flanker Guy Mercer all come back into the starting line-up.
Webber takes his place in the front row between international duo Paul James and David Wilson, whilst Day partners Dave Attwood in the engine room. Mercer starts on the openside, with Francois Louw on the blindside and Simon Taylor packing down at number eight.
England trio Tom Youngs, Geoff Parling and Tom Croft all return to the Leicester side after missing last weekend's bonus-point win over London Wasps through injury.
Thomas Waldrom starts in the back row and Steve Mafi switches to the second row. Matt Smith is given a starting spot on the wing.
Club captain Geordan Murphy and Dan Bowden are selected among the replacements for the penultimate league match of the season.
Tigers director of rugby Richard Cockerill said: "We had a good win last week but the job is not done yet. We need the points to secure a home game in the semi-finals, and Bath are also chasing the wins they need to book a place in Europe next season so it will be a big occasion."
Claassens wants to end his love affair with Bath on a high when the scrum-half finally leaves after six years this summer.
Initially signed from Free State Cheetahs before the start of the 2007-08 season, the South African's stay was only intended to last two years.
Such was the eight-cap Springbok's strong affiliation with his new surroundings, however, he quickly became one of the cornerstones at the club.
It is with a heavy heart that the 30-year-old has decided to seek a new challenge elsewhere as he enters the twilight of his time as a professional.
"I am probably close to the end of my career. I have been here six years and I just want to experience something different and just have a change," said Claassens, who was linked with French side Toulon earlier this year but will move to an as yet unnamed club.
"I wouldn't change the six years for anything. I've had an awesome time here and have really enjoyed every single moment of it.
"I will always look back at Bath and remember all the great times. I'm very excited about what's next but I have to make sure I finish this first, make sure we get some wins and finish in the top six and then plan everything for the future.
"Always when you leave a club you want to finish on a high and leave on a good note, so it will be awesome for Bath if we can finish in the top six and they can play in the Heineken Cup next year.
"I will do everything from my side and make sure I give 100 per cent when I am on the field to try to help them to do that."
Although the Aviva Premiership was a world away from his usual surroundings in the Currie Cup, Claassens took to English rugby immediately.
Only a wrist injury earlier this year denied him the chance to set the Premiership record for consecutive starts, with the Springbok's run of 83 falling four short of Alex Brown's streak for Gloucester, which was set between 2000-04.
