The Kings of Wessex School has suffered its second break-in in five months.
The Cheddar school had a window smashed and a number of computers stolen on between 11pm and 2.30am on the night of March 23 and 24.
A similar break-in took place in November.
The police recovered a screwdriver from the scene and have sent a number of samples away for forensic testing.
