Police are out searching for a horse-rider who may have suffered a fall this morning in the Netherstowey area.
At 10.30am today a member of the public was out walking when a Hunter-sized horse ran past.
It was saddled up but had no rider with it and was travelling from the direction of Woodlands Hill towards the Free Lords area. The member of the public spent some time walking back in the direction the horse had come from but could not find the rider.
The incident was reported to police shortly after 11.30am. They are conducting enquiries to locate the horse and check that the rider is safe and well and has not got into difficulties while out riding.
