Trains are now running again between Tiverton Parkway and Exeter St Davids, a week after the railway line was closed due to flooding. Rail passengers planning to travel between Taunton and Penzance in Cornwall over the Christmas period had been advised to cancel their journeys due to the severe floods at Cowley Bridge. But the line was fully reopened on Friday afternoon, and operator First Great Western said a normal service would resume by 5pm. Other branch line services in the South West, including the Exeter St Davids to Barnstaple route, remain closed due to flooding.TRAIN DELAYS AND CANCELLATIONS - LIVE UPDATESFirst Great WesternSouth West Trains
