Rail passengers are still being advised not to travel between Taunton and Penzance, with major disruptions expected for at least another two days.
All trains running between Tiverton Parkway and Exeter St Davids are expected to be cancelled until Saturday morning at the earliest.
The railway line is blocked in both directions, and First Great Western said only "very limited road transport" is available between the two stations. These replacement bus services will remain in operation until the floods have cleared.
"South West Trains services are conveying passengers via any reasonable route until further notice," said a First Great Western statement.
